Insomnis

Insomnis is probably a typical inhabitant of Fanturn. Well, except for one thing: he has recently become an insomniac! It seems he went to the old abandoned ghost ship to finally get a good nap where no one will bother him.

When Ristar arrives Insomnis is furious at him because he woke him up in the middle of a good dream about wild animals in the clouds and wonderful adventures on the high seas!
Insomnis has significant pillow fighting skills and can breathe in strongly through his nose and trap objects (including his enemies) in his large nostrils and then shoot them with force into a nearby wall!

Apparently, Insomnis can't sleep with the lights on, but he brought his good friend Sleepy along to help with that. When it is dark, Insomnis can fall asleep even during the battle! That's when he changes the reality again and also heals himself.

Though, it's interesting that Insomnis can actually KEEP the illusion going even after he wakes up. We believe this and his sudden inability to sleep has something to do with Greedy's Black Orbs.

Sleepy The Bat

Sleepy hangs on the oil lamp on the ceiling and covers it with his wings, creating darkness.
He keeps out of harm's way by flying high. If only you could get up to him...

Things to note: The skull we see on the floor after illusion fades away looks human!
It is thought that this is one of the reasons Fanturn was named Terra (for "Terra" means "ground", "Earth" in Latin ) in the US release
